Policy Summary at a Glance
Due to the immediate, irreversible digital delivery of our Canva templates, contracts, and PDF files, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable once an order is placed and digital access is made available. Please review product previews and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Products: All Sales Are Final
Unlike physical goods that can be returned in new, unopened condition, digital downloads (Canva template links, Word agreements, fillable PDFs, and spreadsheets) cannot be returned once access has been provided. As soon as your payment is confirmed, access links and download tokens are generated and made available on-screen and delivered to your email.
For this reason, Maternal Support Co. does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change-of-mind, accidental purchases, or lack of software proficiency.
2. EU & UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal Waiver
Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) and the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts.
By purchasing any digital item on
maternalsupportco.com and checking out, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and supply of digital content, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or access link has been generated and supplied.
3. Defective File Guarantee & Technical Support
Your satisfaction and confidence in our tools are our utmost priority. If you encounter any technical difficulty opening a file or accessing a Canva link:
- Email our support team immediately at hello@maternalsupportco.com with your Order ID.
- If a file link is broken, expired, or corrupted, our team will re-issue fresh direct download links within 24 business hours at zero charge.
- We provide guidance on how to duplicate and edit your Canva templates into free personal Canva accounts.
4. Custom Website Design Services Cancellation Policy
For clients commissioning bespoke website design services:
- Project Retainer Deposits: The initial retainer deposit (typically 50% of the project fee) reserves your dedicated design timeline in our production calendar and is strictly non-refundable once project discovery has commenced.
- Project Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel a web design project mid-stream after initial wireframes or draft layouts have been delivered, the client remains responsible for payment proportional to the hours completed.
- No Post-Launch Refunds: Once final website files, code, or Hostinger server logins have been delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
