1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using maternalsupportco.com, purchasing any digital product, or hiring our custom website design services, you enter into a binding legal contract with Maternal Support Co. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or downloading any materials.
2. Intellectual Property & Single-User License
All digital products, contract wording, Canva layouts, PDFs, branding assets, code, and graphics provided on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Maternal Support Co. and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
When you purchase a digital toolkit, contract, or Canva template, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize and use the materials for your personal maternal care practice or individual agency.
- You MAY: Edit the templates, insert your own business logo, adjust client pricing, and share completed client documents/PDFs directly with your paying clients.
- You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, sub-license, share Canva edit links, donate, or upload the raw template files to shared public drives, Facebook groups, or competitor marketplaces.
- You MAY NOT: Claim authorship or create derivative template products for commercial resale.
Unauthorized distribution or reselling constitutes intentional copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permissible by law.
3. Custom Website Design Services Terms
For clients purchasing our custom website design packages:
- Project Timeline & Milestones: Delivery timelines (e.g., 7 days or 14 days) commence upon receipt of the completed client discovery questionnaire and essential brand assets (photos, logo).
- Revisions: Each package includes designated rounds of revisions as agreed in the project proposal. Additional revision cycles outside original project scope are billed at our standard hourly consultation rate.
- Ownership of Final Website: Upon complete settlement of all project invoices, 100% ownership of your website's custom HTML, CSS, images, and content files transfers to you.
4. Payments & Anti-Fraud Chargeback Clause
Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your credit card at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
Filing a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback after receiving verified access to digital downloads constitutes theft of service. In such events, access links will be instantly revoked, and your details will be provided to financial risk databases and debt recovery agencies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maternal Support Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, client disputes, birth cancellations, or data loss arising from your use of our templates or website design services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall first be addressed through informal, good-faith negotiations before initiating formal legal proceedings.
